Job Description:

Experienced Human Resources Business Partner is required having good understanding of labor and employment laws and have a good grasp of insurance and benefit programs.

Required Skills:
MUST BE PROMOTABLE TO DIRECTOR LEVEL POSITION IN VERY NEAR FUTURE
Must be comfortable dealing with the executive team and be a contributing member on issues dealing with human resources, employee relations and benefits issues.
Requires superior verbal and written skills, the ability to make formal presentations, and a polished executive presence.
Must have an understanding of labor and employment laws and have a good grasp of insurance and benefit programs.
This position will have heavy interface with hourly employees across multiple sites in various types of manufacturing settings. Travel will be required, ranging from 20-40% travel some months. Some travel is in and out the same day, other trips will be overnight trips to facilities.
Must be able to deal effectively with, and serve as a resource to, managers across the country on all matters concerning labor/employment/recruiting/human resource issues.
Should be comfortable recruiting people for very senior level positions.
A four-year degree is required, along with a stable work history and 10-20 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources.
Client strongly prefers someone from the South/Southeast.
Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. Position is bonus eligible. Relocation assistance is provided.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
