We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a Bell Representative. An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Sending guest's laundry to the cleaners for service and deliver them to guest's room when returned.
Interact with guests and other cast members in a courteous, empathetic and discreet manner.
Supports and maintains Hollywood Casino courtesy guidelines.
Promotes outstanding guest relations.
Must maintain a valid driver's license in your state of residence and maintain a clean driving record. Must have driver's license on their person at all times
Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.
Any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have good communications skills.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully complete C.A.R.E. training certification course.
Must be able to push and/or pull a bell cart weighting approximately 50 lbs.
While performing the duties of this Job, the cast member is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch and talk or hear. The cast member is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The cast member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
While performing the duties of this Job, the cast member is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
