An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Provide service to golfing guests in the area of staging fully functional golf carts prepared with all appropriate amenities
Assists golfing guests with their equipment as they arrive and depart
Maintains a full functional driving range
Assists with the general appearance of public areas by general cleaning and removing trash as needed
Prepares carts each night so that they are ready for guests in the morning and any other duties needed
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Must 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months experience in customer service field required
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a driving record that meets Company requirements
Must be able to drive and operate all types of passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions in a safe fashion
Must have knowledge of city and know directions to airport, other casinos, restaurants, etc
Must have knowledge of Council Bluffs/Omaha events, shows, attractions, etc
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
Good oral and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to lift up to 80 lbs., and work outside with varying temperatures, and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when maneuvering around work area
Must be able to listen and respond to visual cues
Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, and bright lights
Teamwork - ability to work collaboratively
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
