Your daily responsibilities include:
A Lead Steward is responsible for maintaining proper sanitary and safety procedures in all food prep, storage and production areas and, maintaining proper procedures in operating, cleaning, and changing chemicals in the dishwashing machine and trash compactor. Develops and assists Stewards with the cleaning of dishes, kitchen, walls, ceilings, floors, food preparation equipment, and utensils.
This position will be Grave Shift responsible for the heavy duty cleaning from 10pm to 6am.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Associate''s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
